Ricotta de tofu vegano

INGREDIENTES

  • 1 bloque de tofu
  • 1/4 T levadura nutricional (nutritional yeast)
  • 1 limón
  • 1/4 c sal
  • Opcional: espinaca y/o albahaca

PREPARACIÓN

Mezclar todos los ingredientes en el procesador hasta obtener la textura deseada
